Howard Beach Apothecary was founded in 1985 by the same Supervising Pharmacist that still runs the store. Jeff has been in the pharmacy business for over 30 years and is just as passionate about it today as he was when was 21 years old. He, as well as the other two pharmacists, Sunny and Joe, always treat their customers like family and have built their business around the motto "Your Family's Health Is Our Business."

We also compound and make suppositories, capsules, liquids, creams and ointments to fulfill each individual's personal needs. Each Pharmacist is highly educated, experienced and knowledgeable. Our pharmacists counsel our customers to help them better understand how to take their medications and how their medications work.
